Für das Sommersemester 2026 (Mietbeginn 1. März) können 7 Zimmer neu belegt werden, bei All-Inclusive-Mieten von 334€ bis 373€ – je nach Zimmergrösse;
das kleine, komplett unmöblierte Zimmer kostet z.B. 334€, das vollmöblierte Zimmer mit Balkon 373€.
In den Mieten sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten.
Einen ersten Einblick in das Wohnheim bietet die auch die Wohnheimführung von Philipp.

Wir senden dann umgehend einen Info- und Interessenten-Bogen (.pdf) zu, mit den Eckdaten zu den verfügbaren Zimmern und zur Anmietung.
Wen das Angebot anspricht möge diesen Info-/Interessenten-Bogen ausgefüllt zurücksenden.
Mit den WGs zusammen planen wir momentan einen Besichtigungs-/Kennenlerntermin, voraussichtlich am Samstag, 17. Januar, nachmittags.
Zu diesem laden wir separat per mail ein – alternativ bieten die WGs in Eigenregie auch den Austausch per Video an, wenn Interessenten nicht vor Ort sein können.
Hinweisen möchten wir nochmals darauf, dass wir die Zimmer unserem Förderauftrag entsprechend nur an Studierende an der Hochschule Pforzheim anbieten können, insbesondere an Studienbeginner im 1./2. Semester und an Austausch-Studierende.

Thank you very much for your interest in our Students Residence!
For the upcoming Summer Semester (beginning March 1st, 2026), we have
7 vacant rooms, ranging from 334€ – 373€ – all-inclusive rents. Please be aware that out of these 7 rooms, only 2 are fully furnished.

How to get a room?
Please send an e-mail with your contact data (phone, mail, your study program & duration at Pforzheim University) to kontakt@holzgarten31.info and we’ll return you a one-page info sheet (.pdf) with room options and the guidelines on the rental.
If all that matches your requirements and you’re familiar with the idea of sharing a flat with 5 other students from all disciplines (still having your single room), you should fill the blanks on the info sheet with your data and accomodation preferences and sed it back.
Then, we will have round-tables with the students in the apartments with upcoming room vacancies: the aim is to decide for the future apartment mates jointly after a personal exchange (videocalls or personal visit if possible). By our mission, we explicitely encourage students from abroad to come to our residence. We are convinced that both local and exchange students benefit enourmously studying together here in Pforzheim – and sharing an apartment.
